She is now doing talks around the country to educate people about nutrition and the first of those talks kicks off next week in Moone, Co Kildare

The aim of these talks is to explain the relationship between nutrition, diet and health, so that people are able to make decisions about what they should be eating for the best nutritional results. These talks will give an overview of each of the essential components in a healthy diet, and explain the different requirements of diet and lifestyle, for adults and children.

These talks are appropriate for anyone who has an interest in improving their diet and lifestyle.  Also for those that want to know more about choosing healthier food choices for themselves and their families.  So, forget Diets and learn the facts about foods that work for you and against you.
